The main objective of the conference is to encourage research and developmental efforts in these areas, as well as to facilitate the exchange of scientific information among researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners from around the world. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
